But first you want to know if you should confront him, SERIOUSLY confront him. You can’t really do that unless you know better what’s really going on with him…without some tell-tale signs or evidence of his infidelity.

The possibility of him sneaking around is causing YOU to sneak around. As a matter of fact, I’m willing to bet you’re going to erase the history on your browser after you read this so that he doesn’t know you’re “onto him.”

You want to find out the truth, but you don’t want to tip him off that you’re looking…quite yet.

Here are 2 things I want you to know right now:

1. You’re not going crazy, and you’re not just being paranoid.

Women have fantastic instincts about these sorts of things. If your gut is telling you something isn’t right, it’s probably the case. But the good news is that it doesn’t have to mean that your man is really cheating on you. It can be something else entirely. But you need to find out fast, so you can make things OK again, in your own mind and (possibly)  in your relationship.

2. There’s no need to panic.

Yes, statistically, rates of infidelity are pretty high. More than half of men cheat on their wives, even more men cheat on their girlfriends. But doesn’t that mean that there is a HUGE number of men out there that DON’T CHEAT?

And, if it turns out that he is running around on you, it doesn’t have to mean it’s OVER. There is a DEEPER ISSUE that is going on when anyone cheats, one that can be addressed and resolved, but I’ll get to that a little later…
